Description

The IBM TS4300 is a space-efficient 3U modular tape library that's purpose-built for enterprise-grade data backup and archiving. It features a robust robotics mechanism, removable cartridge magazines, optional dual power supplies, and flexible drive and media configurations. 

Your configuration includes the TS4300 base unit (Part Number 6741L1U) with the accompanying rack mount kit (BYR7), enabling secure and rack-friendly installation.

It is outfitted with two LTO-9 Half-Height Fibre Channel tape drives (BLVZ), connected via appropriate cabling, enabling high-throughput tape operations.

Complementing the drives, there are eight 5-packs of Ultrium 9 data cartridges (BLW1) and two cleaning cartridges (AS1E), ensuring immediate readiness for backup operations. 

The inclusion of an additional power supply (B16K) ensures redundant failover capability and continuous operation. Standard cabling and an overpack for logistics (B5XM) are also provided. Plus, a carbon offset for sustainability (CO2 Offset 10 Metric Tonnes) is included for environmentally responsible deployment.
